These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at dalycityepoxyflooringandconcretepolishing.com (the "Site") and any contracting services provided by Daly City Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). 1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting the Site, submitting a contact form, requesting an estimate, or entering into any service agreement with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. 2. Description of Services

Daly City Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing provides concrete flooring and epoxy coating services to residential and commercial customers in Daly City, CA and surrounding areas. Services include, but are not limited to, epoxy floor coatings, concrete polishing, concrete resurfacing, surface preparation, and related work as described on the Site.

The Site is informational in nature. Descriptions of services on the Site are general overviews. The specific scope of work for any project is defined in a written estimate or contract provided to the customer before work begins.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are free of charge and provided on-site after a physical inspection of the work area. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted. Estimates are based on the conditions observed at the time of inspection. If conditions differ from what was observed - for example, if hidden damage or moisture issues are discovered once work begins - we will notify the customer before proceeding with any work that would increase the project cost.

Prices are quoted in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work changes materially from the original estimate. No price change will be made without the customer's prior written or verbal approval.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Job scheduling is confirmed in writing or by phone. We ask that customers provide at least 48 hours notice if they need to reschedule or cancel a scheduled job. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in a fee to cover mobilization costs already incurred. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate rescheduling requests.

We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions that would compromise the quality of the installation - particularly in cases of excessive moisture or temperatures outside the manufacturer-recommended application range. We will notify the customer as early as possible in such situations.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Before work begins, the customer agrees to:

• Clear the work area of all personal property, vehicles, equipment, and stored goods unless otherwise arranged in writing
• Ensure reasonable access to the work area, including utilities where required
• Disclose any known conditions that may affect the work, including prior coatings, moisture issues, structural concerns, or hazardous materials
• Obtain any permits required for the project, unless we have agreed in writing to handle permitting on the customer's behalf

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in the written estimate or contract for each project. In general, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of the estimate.

Invoices that remain unpaid beyond the due date specified in the contract may be subject to a late fee. We reserve the right to suspend or decline future work for accounts with outstanding balances.

7. Warranty Disclaimers

We stand behind our workmanship. Any workmanship warranty terms are specified in the written contract for each project. Workmanship warranties do not cover damage caused by customer misuse, improper maintenance, failure to follow post-installation care instructions, normal wear and tear, or events outside our control (such as seismic activity, flooding, or structural failure of the substrate).

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of information on the Site for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Daly City Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishingshall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
